Returns and Refunds

Because every Purplexd item is made especially for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing or color selections, or personalization information entered incorrectly by the customer. Please review all product details, size charts, colors, and personalization information carefully before ordering.

We still want to hear from you if something is not right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jennifer@purplexd.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the problem resulted from an error on our end, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please do not return an item unless we authorize the return first. In the rare event that we approve a return for a reason unrelated to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
