Purplexd items are made to order and generally ship within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping transit time begins after your order has been produced and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production begins.

Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or misprinted, contact jennifer@purplexd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
